Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or free for orders over $XX.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the U.S. mainland (48 contiguous states).

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

How It Works

  1. Order Confirmation – After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number.
  2. Shipping Confirmation – Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  3. Track Online Anytime – You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) using the tracking number provided.

Tracking Updates

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is shipped.
  • If you do not see movement or updates, please allow additional time as carriers may experience delays.

Missing or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, your household members, or your local carrier office.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at billiesmart2024@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first.
